From April 23rd to 28th 2023, project associates on the CROSSNET project participated in the European Geosciences Union (EGU)<\/a> conference in Vienna, the largest and most prominent European geoscience event, which attracted more than 16,000 people from all over the world. During our participation in the conference, we connected with leading experts, exchanged ideas and learned from the latest discoveries in our field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the conference, we had the opportunity to present a poster titled “Seismological station placement in Vukovarsko-srijemska and Osje\u010dko-baranjska counties, Croatia: a GIS analysis of environmental noise effects for the CROSSNET Project”<\/em>. Participating in the EGU<\/a> conference was a great experience that allowed us to acquire new skills and insides, as well as meet experts from all branches of geoscience.
We want to thank everybody that took the time to visit our poster and shared their opinion, and we look forward to continuing our research.
