{"id":1909,"date":"2023-04-20T11:13:02","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T09:13:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crossnet.potres.hr\/?p=1909"},"modified":"2023-08-01T13:02:27","modified_gmt":"2023-08-01T11:02:27","slug":"installation-of-a-new-accelerograph-at-the-puntijarka-seismological-station","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crossnet.potres.hr\/index.php\/en\/2023\/04\/20\/installation-of-a-new-accelerograph-at-the-puntijarka-seismological-station\/","title":{"rendered":"Installation of a new accelerograph at the Puntijarka seismological station"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">On Tuesday, April 18, 2023. project associates Antonio Brckovi\u0107, Vedran Damjanovi\u0107 and Marko Pervan, together with project manager Tomislav Fiket, installed a new accelerograph as part of the maintenance and improvement of the existing stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">At Puntijarka station, the Etna 2 accelerograph, manufactured by Kinemetrics Inc., a device used to record strong nearby earthquakes, was installed. This Etna 2 is the first of a hundred that are going to be installed throughout the Republic of Croatia as part of the CROSSNET project.
