On Thursday, September 7, 2023, the GDi Solutions Day conference was held at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. In the “Mapping and Security” session CROSSNET project manager Tomislav Fiket presented ESRI solutions that we use every day.
We use ArcGIS Survey123 for the inventory of tools and equipment of the Seismological Service, ArcGIS Field Maps for field research, and ArcGIS Experience Builder and ArcGIS StoryMaps for the interactive presentation of the earthquake catalogue. In the ArcGIS Dashboard, we have programmed the State of Health of seismological stations, which refers to the assessment and monitoring of the physical condition of the equipment used to detect and record seismic activity.
After the presentation, a panel was held with Mr. Darko Brlečić from the Public Fire Department of the City of Zagreb and Mr. Josip Atalić from the Croatian Center for Earthquake Engineering.
